Upen Patel finally comes out of the cocoon, shares a hot workout video

We haven't seen much of Upen Patel in the recent times. He hasn’t been socialising with friends and is not seen at social events, probably because of the heartbreak he suffered post his break up with girlfriend Karishma Tanna. But the actor has finally come out of the shell, stronger and better.
Upen shared a video of him working out in the gym, and that hot bod would make anyone want to watch him over and over again.
The actor, who was seen in Bigg Boss 8 and Nach Baliye 7 with his on screen love Karishma Tanna, gives some serious goals to the gym freaks with this video. His chiselled body and the muscles would definitely make his fans drool over him.

A model and actor by profession, Upen made his debut on screen in the year 2006 with Bollywood movie '36 China Town'. The actor played a pivotal role in Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif starrer 'Namastey London'.
Apart from TV and films, Upen has also participated in modeling contests and music videos.
