Vinit Kakar thrilled to play the role of Mayasur in Baal Shiv

Actor Vinit Kakar is thrilled to essay the role of demon ‘Mayasur’ in the mythological drama ‘Baal Shiv’. The actor is also currently seen playing the role of an antagonist ‘Chirag’ in ‘Ziddi Dil Maane Na’. He enjoys essaying negative roles onscreen.
He tells, "I'm really glad that television has typecast me as an antagonist. I enjoy playing evil characters.There is a lot to explore from the art of acting to different looks. I enjoy essaying them. I will play Mayasur in Baal Shiv. It’s a very challenging and promising character. My audience will for sure enjoy watching me."
The show's cast comprises Aan Tiwari as Baal Shiv, Mouli Ganguly as Mahasati Anusuya, Siddharth Arora as Mahadev, Shivya Pathania as Devi Parvati, Krrip Kapur Suri as Asur Andhak and Praneet Bhatt as Narad Muni amongst others. The show will depict the mythical childhood stories of Lord Shiva.
Vinit says his role in Ziddi Dil Maane Na is also negative. "Ziddi Dil is a fantasy drama and I play completely grey. After a long time I took a fantasy drama so I'm enjoying it. But I feel mythological shows are now part of my life. I have been part of mostly every mythological shows of Indian TV and played some really iconic characters. And I'm glad that I have got to learn a lot being part of them. Today I'm able to take correct decisions in my life. I'm very much sorted all the knowledge helps me to stay positive. It’s something I have earned from such shows."
Vinit Kakar is known for featuring in mythological shows like ‘Radhakrishn’, ‘Devi Adi Parashakti’, ‘Vignaharta Ganesh’ among others.
