We are happy that our son has a little sister now: Aditi Dev Sharma - Sarwar Ahuja

Actor couple Aditi Dev Sharma and Sarwar Ahuja had their second child, a baby girl, in October, but they announced it on social media earlier this week. When we reached out to Aditi, she said, “I have always wanted a sibling for my son, Sartaaj, who is now five-years-old. I am currently in Lucknow at my mom’s home and Sarwar is busy shooting for a show in Mumbai. We are both excited that we have become parents again and are happy that our son has a little sister. We are blessed.”
Talking about why they decided to announce their baby’s arrival after a month and half, she said, “Our family and friends knew about it. Also, both Sarwar and I are not that active on social media.”
The actress was last seen in the TV show Katha Ankahee, which wrapped up in December 2023. She now plans to take a six-month maternity break and then return to work. “I want to be with my baby and spend time at home for now. I would love to get back to work after six months. Television requires long hours, so I will have to consider that before saying yes to a project,” she added.
An excited Sarwar said, “We are happy that our little one has arrived. The most important thing is to give our children a good upbringing, and teach them about the environment and the outdoor world.” Sarwar, who has also done TV shows, is currently shooting for a project in Mumbai.
