When Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa joked about the NCB raids on Indian Idol 12 stage; say ‘Matter is closed in the market’

In one of the recent episodes of Indian Idol 12, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa had taken over hosting duties as Aditya Narayan was keeping unwell. The episode was ‘India Ki Farmaish’ special and had several guests.
One of the guests happened to be Crime Patrol host Annup Soni. As soon as he arrived on the stage, Bharti and Haarsh composed themselves and said, “We have stopped everything.There’s nothing as such now. The matter is closed in the market now.” Bharti kept pleading that they are clean now, hinting at the NCB raids at their office and residence.
Haarsh added, “It’s not like we have become brave after something like that happened.”
Everyone started laughing and Annup asked if they have purposely taken over the stage by removing Aditya. Bharti and Haarsh tell him to check with the judges that nothing of that sort has happened.
Annup finally reveals that he has not come for inspection and they can relax. He had come to support contestant Danish.
For the unversed, in November last year, the duo was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a small quantity of marijuana and consumption of drugs. The raids also led to the seizure of 86.50 gms of marijuana.
