‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ February 13 written update: Abhira recalls what happened in the past

The episode starts with Maira advising Armaan not to get so angry. She points out that he has an interview and that he cannot let his emotions cloud his judgment. Kajal and Vidya see this and talk about how much Armaan has changed in the past few years. Vidya then further comments about how love has changed him for the worse, and now his attitude towards everything and everyone has changed. Meanwhile, Krish comes in and asks Armaan if he wishes to cancel the meeting; however, Armaan gets angry at him and tells him not to give his opinions on matters that don’t concern him. Vidya tells Maira to give Armaan some water to calm him down. She tells her father to calm down and that she will talk to the garage owner on his behalf. As Maira dials the phone, Mukti answers it instead of Abhira. Maira scolds Mukti about the matter, and asks her to take the money and hand over the garage as is being asked. The two are seen fighting on the call and commenting about one another, unaware of who the other person is. Armaan quickly takes over the call and tells Maira to calm down. He tells her that they should not act like this when they do not know anything about the garage owner. The call gets cut as Abhira comes onto the scene.She asks Mukti what happened, and Mukti tells her that the girl she was talking to on the phone was extremely rude to her. Abhira tells her to ignore everything and focus on making happy memories. She tells her that since she is going to a hostel soon enough, they should cherish and spend all the time that they have together before that happens. Mukti hugs her and tells her that she only has memories of Abhira, as she does not remember anything from her childhood.In the past, Abhira and Vani had gotten into an accident and had been shifted to a hospital. When Abhira starts feeling a little better, she leaves the hospital and goes to the Poddar house; however, Vidya stops her from entering. She tells Abhira that Armaan does not wish to see her anymore and that he wants full custody of Maira. She also gives her divorce papers right then and there and asks her to sign them. Kajal stays silent, all the while knowing the actual truth.Later, the scene shifts to the hospital, where the doctor tells Abhira that Vani has been taking anxiety medications and has been having severe attacks. Abhira gets worried and tells the hospital to change her name. She asks the nurse about what happened, and the nurse tells her everything, including the fact that the ambulance that was transporting them also exploded. Abhira remains determined and asks the nurse for a phone as she wishes to fight for Maira’s custody.
