Bigg Boss Kannada 9: Captain Rupesh Rajanna nominates Rakesh Adiga directly to the danger zone

With Bigg Boss Kannada 9 entering a new week, the contestants faced the ongoing week's nomination segment in the latest episode. Interestingly, Bigg Boss introduced a shocking twist in the nomination procedure. Unlike the usual nomination procedure that happens inside the confession room, Bigg Boss initiated open nominations. The contestants were asked to gather in the garden area and nominate their inmates in front of everyone.
However, post the open nomination procedure, Bigg Boss asked captain Rupesh Rajanna to nominate a candidate directly to the danger zone. Upon giving it a thought, Rupesh Rajanna directly nominated actor-rapper Rakesh Adiga directly to the danger zone. Rupesh Rajanna had to nominate one candidate among Rakesh Adiga and Roopesh Shetty directly to the danger zone as they were the only two contestants in the safe zone.
Rupesh defended his nomination stating that Rakesh Adiga has turned out to become a strong contender after the reality show completed fifty days. Rupesh even mentioned that everyone feels Rakesh as a tough contender.
On the other hand, Rakesh Adiga accepted the nominations. However, he never missed a chance to tease Rupesh Rajanna for nominating him directly to the danger zone.
Besides Rakesh Adiga, Anupama Gowda, Amulya Gowda, Deepika Das, Arun Sagar, Aryavardhan, Prashanth Samabargi, Roopesh Shetty, and Divya Uruduga are also in the danger zone.
