Popular daily soap Jothe Jotheyalli completes one year

Daily soap Jothe Jotheyalli has successfully completed one year in Kannada television. The show has been entertaining the viewers to the fullest and is one of the most-watched daily soaps on Kannada TV. The latest TRP charts are proof. The show has often bagged the numero uno spot in the TRP list.
Meanwhile, Jothe Jotheyalli revolves around the love story of a young lady and a middle-aged businessman irrespective of their age gap.Although the show was speculated to be a remake of popular Marathi daily soap 'Tula Pahate Re', it features interesting tweaks as per the taste and sensibilities of Kannada viewers.
Kannada actor Anirudh made his comeback with the show. The actor plays the lead character 'Aryavardhan'. He is fondly known as 'Dada' in the show. The show also introduced a newbie, Megha Shetty who plays the lead character of 'Anu'.
As per the latest storyline, Arya is all set to confess his feelings for Anu. He plans to propose her in a grandeur manner. In fact, the upcoming episodes are indeed titled 'Anu Arya Premotsava'.
On the other hand, although season 1 of Jothe Jotheyalli had aired in 2014, makers always claimed that the show is nowhere connected to each other. The season one had Ashita Chadrappa and Viraat, who played the lead role.
