Chakkappazham resumes with a new season; actress Sabitta says, 'Once again together we come'

The much-awaited news for Chakkappazham fans is here. The popular sitcom, which was suspended midway, is prepping for a comeback with a new season. Interestingly, the actors, who were seen leaving the show mid-way, are back playing their popular characters again.
Announcing the exciting news to fans, it is actress Sabitta who has shared a picture from the sets of the show.In the picture actors Sabitha, Rafi, Aswathy Sreekanth, Amaldev, and Shruthi Rajanikanth can be seen taking part in the pooja before the shoots.

"Once again together we come. With prays, we are starting it again, please be with us," Sabitta wrote.

In yet another update, actor Amaldev, who plays Kunjunni in the show, has also penned a note mentioning their comeback. In the pictures he shared, actors Rafi and Sreekumar can also be seen with the team.
"Dear all, here is the full stop for all your wait and requests. We are coming back to our Plavila Tharavadu. We are starting the shoot for Chakkappazham 2," he wrote.

'Chakkappazham' is one of the popular sitcoms on Malayalam TV. The show enjoyed a huge fan following for the interesting storyline and the star cast. However, lately, the lead actors were seen quitting the show leaving fans disappointed.
