Dance Kerala Dance is back with season 2; audition begins

The popular dance reality show, 'Dance Kerala Dance' is back with a brand new season. The second season of the show has invited entries from dancers from different walks of life.
Interestingly, this time, there is no age bar to showcase the talent in the show. Also, different from last season, the show will be featuring dancers in three categories, Single, Duet, and Group.Owing to the pandemic, the selection process will be done by an online audition.

The last season of the show, hosted by Shilpa Bala and RJ Arun created a huge buzz in the industry. The show which featured celebrity dancers along with the contestants, crowned background dancer Amritha as the winner. Besides Amritha, the show also had popular dancers Zamroodh, Manoj Manu, and Aahish. After the show, when Zamroodh was seen as a finalist in the Hindi show 'India's Best Dancer 2' , Amritha and Manoj lifted the trophy in the Tamil reality show 'Dance v/s Dance 2'.

Interestingly, the judging panel of the show also gained much attention among fans. Actress Priya Mani, movie director Jude Anthany and choreographer Jai were the judges of the show. Soon after the announcement of the show is out, DKD fans are curious to know the eminent panel of judges this year.

The show is expected to have a grand premiere in the coming months.
