The actress had earlier shared on her social media platforms the brave battle her father fought against cancer, but sadly, he succumbed to the illness.
In a tribute penned to her late father, Aswathy poured out her emotions, expressing both love and sorrow."Acha, I have given you a family just like the way you had asked for. I have always lived the way you wished for. He was so happy. I will take care of Amma and brother, please sleep peacefully, hope you will not have any pain anymore. Who will I go to when I have things to share? God! Please don't give the disease cancer to anyone," she wrote.

The heartfelt note not only reflects Aswathy's profound grief but also highlights the deep bond she shared with her father. In her words, one can sense the overwhelming sense of responsibility she feels towards her family, promising to fulfill her father's wishes and care for her mother and brother in his absence.
