Akhilandeswari calls her daughter-in-laws Aishwarya and Mithra and informs about the special puja the next day. Akhilandeswari says Aishwarya and Mithra should take a dip in the holy pond in the temple and take out the 'Sphatik Lingam'. Akhilandeswari adds that men can't participate in this. Sembaruthi written update, October 10, 2019: Akhilandeswari assigns a task to Aishwarya and Mithra

The latest episode of Sembaruthi starts with Arun, Aishwarya and Purushothaman visit psychiatrist Charu in order to help Akhilandeswari recollect her past. Arun doesn’t want this to happen as Adithya had revealed about his marriage with Parvathy.
He interrupts the treatment and the doctor postpones the treatment.
Aishwarya updates Parvathy that Adithya has visited Akhilandeswari when she was undergoing treatment in the hospital and revealed about his marriage.Though Akhilandeswari was in subconscious state of mind, she vaguely remembers about the marriage.
Akhilandeswari enters while Parvathy, Aishwarya and Purushothaman have a conversation. She suspects that Purushothaman is hiding something from her and determines to find it out.

In conversation with Vanaja, Mithra and Nandhini suggests revealing the secrets to Akhilandeswari. Vanaja wants to do this at the right time.
