People pay last respects to CCD founder VG Siddhartha in Karnataka's Chikkamagaluru

People thronged Chikkamagaluru to pay their last respects to CCD founder VG Siddhartha on Wednesday. His body was found on the banks of the Nethravathi river near Mangaluru. He went missing since Monday evening. Karnataka chief minister BS Yediyurappa also arrived to attend the last rites of Siddhartha. Yediyurappa said, " He was a simple man, a pioneer in popularising Indian coffee in the world. I can't even imagine why a person who would have been under the guidance of SM Krishna Ji end his life. I give my tributes to his family."
