According to the Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi's air quality was recorded in the "poor" category for a brief period Wednesday morning. The CPBC data indicates that PM10 levels in Delhi-NCR stood at 225 microgram per cubic metre (g/m3) at 10 am, which is the highest in over three months. The city recorded an air quality index (AQI) of 207 at 10am, which falls in the "poor" category. To counter heavy pollution, more than 10 anti-smog guns have been installed at various locations in Delhi. Further, stricter measures to fight air pollution will also come into force in Delhi and its neighbourhood starting October 15.
