National Commission for Women chairperson Rekha Sharma on Thursday termed the incident where acid was thrown at a 17-year-old girl as horrifying. "My whole team is at the hospital. We are there to help her and the family. The accused has been arrested. To curb these crimes society needs to change its mentality," she said.
