An emotional reunion of a mentally-challenged man who went missing in early September and landed up at the Osmania General Hospital (OGH) a week back. 45-year-old Vijay Kumar was reunited with his family after a volunteer spotted a missing note with his photo at a city bus station. He was the only brother of three sisters and his eldest sister did not get married to look after him. They made all efforts but could not trace him.
