Talking about the political situation in Maharashtra, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray on July 4 expressed displeasure on the split in the Nationalist Congress Party. If Supriya Sule joins as central minister then I will not be surprised,” said Raj Thackeray. The NCP on July 2, suffered a split after the party's working president, Ajit Pawar, along with some of his supporter MLAs joined the Maharashtra government. Also, Pawar, along with 8 MLAs, took oath as ministers in the state cabinet.
