Model Salma al-Shimi and photographer arrested over bold photoshoot at ancient pyramid in Egypt

Egyptian fashion model and dancer, Salma al-Shimi is known for spicing up the digital space with her stunning and bold pictures time and again. According to reports circulating on social media, the model-dancer has been arrested allegedly for disrespect. Reports claimed that the model was doing a photoshoot in a revealing ancient costume at the Pyramid of Djoser outside Cairo, which is an archaeological zone, resulting in her arrest along with a photographer. Shimi's ardent fans, who are among the thousands of followers she has on Instagram, expressed their disbelief over her arrest.
