According to Amanda, Virginia was overwhelmed with emotional and physical struggles, battling legal pressures, declining health, and serious family issues. She was in the midst of a painful divorce and living separately from husband Robert Giuffre, against whom she had recently made abuse allegations. Robert had responded by filing a complaint, with a court date looming in June. Just days before her passing, Virginia posted a photo from a hospital bed, ominously saying she had “four days to live.”
