Monsoon is the time of the year that brings cheer but a heavy downpour has its own side effects. With heavy rains in Bareilly in the past few days, the problem of severe water-logging in the city at some of the posh residential localities of town, has brought the city to a standstill, causing severe inconvenience to residents as well as commuters. The most affected water-logged areas are Model Town, Rajendra Nagar, Ekta Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, City station road among others, where water-logged roads with pot-holes are posing a great risk.
