2006 'kissing' incident: After Rakhi Sawant's consent, Bombay HC quashes molestation case against Mika Singh

In a case against Mika Singh for allegedly grabbing and forcibly kissing Rakhi Sawant at a party in a restaurant in Mumbai, Bombay High Court finally quashed the FIR and chargesheet with Rakhi's consent. In April this year, Mika moved the High Court to quash the FIR and subsequent chargesheet filed by the police.
