Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda talks about her struggle with anxiety, says 'she hit rock bottom multiple times and couldn't figure out why'

Navya Naveli Nanda, Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter keeps her private life private despite being a part of Bollywood royalty. However, the star kid recently opened up about battling with anxiety issues, probably in an attempt to raise awareness. While being candid about it with a health organisation, Navya said that initially, she wasn't too comfortable talking about her struggle and how she was seeking therapy for the same. She added that she wanted to experience it first as it was new for her and then only speak about it. Elaborating further, she added that she hit rock bottom multiple times and she couldn't figure out why. She went on to say that now that she has someone to talk to, everything seems under control. Navya concluded by saying that surrounding herself with people who motivated her, like her family, helped her more.
