It was a hard time for actor-singer Ayushmann Khurrana and wife Tahira Kashyap in the year 2018 when Tahira was diagnosed with stage 0 breast cancer. In a recent interview, Ayushmann opened up about the tough phase and revealed that they got to know about Tahira's cancer diagnosis on his birthday last year. He went on to say that it was Tahira who stood strong and brave, otherwise, he would've broken. Talking about Tahira's reaction on her disease he said that she wanted to celebrate her life and they decided to get through the struggle together. He further added that now he is very glad that she has overcome it and is giving lectures on cancer, moreover, she's a leader now to cancer patients and an inspiration.
