Actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari got acquitted from the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case in April 2018. But after the state government challenged their acquittal, the Jodhpur bench of Rajasthan High Court issued fresh notices to the actors in May 2019. As per the latest reports, the hearing in this case has now been adjourned till September 16. Earlier, it was reported that these actors were acquitted due to lack of evidence proving their involvement in the blackbuck poaching. Actor Salman Khan was the only one who got convicted in the case and his appeal is still pending before the High Court.
