As soon as the trailer of Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey's much-awaited film 'Chhapaak' dropped online, fans could not stop raving about it. At the launch event of the same, Deepika Padukone got very emotional and broke down in tears as she spoke about the filming process and how much the movie means to her and everyone else involved. In the videos that have surfaced on the internet, co-star Vikrant can be seen trying to console Deepika as she gets inconsolable. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the movie is based on the life of an acid attack survivor, Laxmi Agarwal and is set to hit the theatres on January 10, 2020.
