Assamese singer Papon, who was recently called upon by PM Modi to join the Swachhta Hi Sewa campaign, says that although he has joined the campaign now, he has been part of cleanliness and awareness drives in Assam for about six-seven years now. The singer came to Delhi for the ASEAN International Music Festival 2017.
