As she completed her workout on the 49th day, Ileana posted a selfie soaked in sweat post workout on her Instagram stories. Clad in a purple sports bra and black jeggings, Ileana seems to have nailed yet another cardio routine. Captioning her picture, she wrote, 'Damn near killed me'.
