Kanika Kapoor wants to donate her blood and plasma for the treatment of COVID-19 patients

After recovering from COVID-19, the 42-year-old Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor has now expressed her desire to donate her blood and plasma for research work on the pathogen and treatment of coronavirus patients. In an interview, the singer revealed that she went on to call Lucknow's King George's Medical University (KGMU) hospital for offering the same. Owing to which, the hospital has already submitted her blood sample and the testing procedures are currently in process. For the unversed, on April 6, Kanika's sixth novel coronavirus test came out negative following which she was discharged from the hospital.
