Amid the speculations of the fourth wave of the coronavirus pandemic in the country, actress Lara Dutta has been tested positive for the deadly COVID-19. After testing positive, her bungalow at Pali Hills in Mumbai has been sealed and declared as a micro containment zone by the BMC. ETimes got exclusive pictures from outside her bungalow having a BMC banner on the gate saying, 'The area has been declared as a micro containment zone as a resident is found positive in a coronavirus test. Entry to this area is restricted and violation of rules is punishable under the Epidemic Disease Act 1897 further amended in 2020 and Disaster Management Act 2005. Earlier, in a conversation with a news portal during a lockdown period in 2020, the actress opened up on the pandemic and said, 'You have no guarantees in life! We are all healthy today, praise God. However, you don’t know what tomorrow holds. I don’t know what the situation will be three or five weeks or a month from now, when this lockdown is lifted. So, life really is ‘right now’ and you must make the best of it, which means laughing, loving and having a great time.' She also revealed to use her time constructively during the lockdown, she opted for online courses and even meditates twice a day. Meanwhile, on the work front, Lara Dutta was seen in the film 'Bell Bottom', alongside Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor.
