Pakistani model dies after failed abortion, 2 hospital workers arrested

The mystery regarding the death of Pakistani model Rubab Shafiq has been solved finally. It was confirmed by the police that she died as a result of a failed abortion. The local police have arrested two hospital workers so far. The model was found dead near the Edhi graveyard in Karachi. A missing complaint was filed by her family after she left home for shopping ahead of her cousin’s wedding. According to reports, Shafiq's friend Umar had brought her to the woman doctor for an abortion and she was given the wrong treatment. When her condition deteriorated and she died, the group put the body in a car, dumped it in a local graveyard and fled away. The late model's body was recovered on February 22, 2019.
