The internet sensation Ranu Mondal's daughter, Elizabeth Sathi Roy, has claimed that members of Ranaghat's club Atindra and Tapan are keeping her away from her mother. She said that the two have threatened to break her leg and throw her out if she tried to contact her mother. She believes that they are brainwashing Ranu against her and are just pretending to be selfless. Elizabeth, who received much flak on the social media for abandoning her old mother, has clarified that she had no idea about her mother's circumstances. Contradicting reports of reuniting with Ranu after she got famous overnight, Elizabeth said that she was in touch with her mother but couldn't visit her regularly.
