Shah Rukh Khan's iconic 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' mints almost Rs 25 lakh on its re-release on SRK's birthday

Shah Rukh Khan's iconic film 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' got re-released in select theatres across the country on his birthday (November 2). And interestingly, the King Khan-Kajol starrer found immense success at ticket windows. Despite returning to the big screen almost three decades after its release, reportedly, the film collected almost Rs 25 lakh net. Trade analyst Sumit Kadel too shared the film's business, writing, "#DDLJ collects ₹ 23 lakhs on its release on Wednesday (2nd November) at limited Multiplexes across the country..'
