Actor Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Rajput Kapoor is an avid social media user and often keeps her views and opinions on important issues out there. Taking to her Instagram handle, the star wife dropped a video of herself wherein she urged everyone to come together and help each other as the nation is currently witnessing a massive upsurge of the COVID-19 cases leading to scarcity of hospital beds, oxygen and other medical aids. In the video, Mira spoke in Hindi which loosely translates to 'the situation is grave in every city' and therefore people who are unable to help a COVID-19 patient themselves, they should instead support and help those who can. She also said that netizens should keep sharing helpful information on different COVID-19 services and resources on Instagram and other social media platforms. Mira also urged people to help by staying home as she said, 'Staying at home is your duty but you can help so many people right from your homes.' She further added, 'Be the voice of the others, help them. We might just be able to help someone at a crucial time like this'. Well, earlier also Mira reminded her fans to follow COVID-19 safety norms and guidelines by dropping a picture of herself along with her hubby-actor Shahid Kapoor, donning a mask along with a helmet and captioned it as, 'Wear a mask'.
