Recently, in an interview, the actress opened up about her perspective about body shaming and all the trolls that spoke about her being overweight. Sonakshi said that even in school, she did not let the body-shaming get to her, as she knew that she was worth more than her weight and size. Further talking about the backlash she received before stepping into Bollywood for not meeting the beauty standards the industry had set for its female actors, Sonakshi said that none of them knew what she had been through and how much she had worked hard to become fitter.
