'Sunny Leone is being unnecessarily harassed', says Kerala High Court in cheating case

Giving relief to Sunny Leone in a cheating case filed by an event company, the Kerala High Court has said it is inclined to quash the criminal proceedings against the actress, her husband, Daniel Weber, and her employee. The court stated that there seemed to be no criminal offense made by the actress, and she was being unnecessarily harassed. The court eventually posted the case for March 31 after stating that the probe can continue. A Kerala-based event manager had registered a case, alleging that Sunny, despite being paid lakhs of rupees to appear and perform in events, did not show up.
