Ayushmann Khurrana's filmmaker wife, Tahira Kashyap, recently opened up about the darkest phase of her life. Tahira said that while she was not clinically diagnosed with 'depression', she strongly feels it was 'depression'. Elaborating further, Tahira added that she was battling a lot of anxiety attacks and sadness, but since there wasn't any medical help involved, she wouldn't call it depression'. She further added that despite it, she feels it was depression as one can't get endless panic attacks or get used to crying for almost five-six hours regularly. Advising from her experience, she said, 'It's important to seek medical help, which I didn't.'
