'Wanted' actress Ayesha Takia might be away from the limelight but she has now lent her voice to the massive debate on workplace bullying. Taking to her Instagram handle, Ayesha shared a note titled 'What is Bullying'. The actress tried to explain what kind of bad treatment at the workplace should not be neglected. Spreading the word of caution, Ayesha urged people to speak up if someone tries to intimidate them and make them feel 'less, small or worthless'. Along with the post, she also wrote a lengthy caption and revealed that she has been a victim of bullying herself. Ayesha's caption read as, ' You are meant to be here and fight for what you deserve. You are bright and different, you must not let them win'. She further wrote that this world needs to be a kind place for our future generations and for their sake, everyone make sure that love and kindness leads the way.
