Bollywood director, Anubhav Sinha recently contributed 1,000 face shields to the police personnel in Agra and Varanasi. Sinha earlier contributed 2,000 face shields to the Lucknow Police personnel and promised to provide it for more people working in the frontline of the fight against the coronavirus. The director donated the shields with the help of his friend who handed them over to the Law Minister of Uttar Pradesh and the Chief Medical Officer of Lucknow. As the virus continues to spread, Sinha intends to distribute around twenty thousand face shields for the policemen in UP.
