When Pahlaj Nihalani made Kangana Ranaut pose only in robe and no undergarments

Bollywood’s reigning queen Kangana Ranaut doesn't come from a privileged background and she never had a godfather in Bollywood. That's also a major reason why she hates nepotism in the industry. In an interview, she revealed how her middle class conservative family background couldn't afford a rent of Rs 20,000. The actress recalls the time she was offered soft porn by former Censor Board chief, Pahlaj Nihalani. Speaking about the same, she said, Pahlaj Nihalani had offered her a movie called 'I Love You Boss'. They also did a photoshoot where makers gave Kangana a robe to wear and ask her not to wear any undergarment. So she just had a satin robe for the show girl pose. Though Kangana shot for the photoshoot, she disappeared later and changed her number so that the production could not track her. And around the same time, she bagged the lead role in Anurag Basu's ‘Gangster’ and rest as they say is history. Kangana has now carved a niche for herself and is regarded one of the most successful leading ladies in Bollywood. Besides 'Panga' and 'Mental Hai Kya', Kangana is also set to star in two biopics.
