Prithvi Shaw 'assault' row: Bhojpuri actress Sapna Gill now files case against the cricketer for 'outraging modesty'. Deets inside

After Sapna Gill was granted bail in cricketer Prithvi Shaw attack case, the Bhojpuri actress registered a complaint with Mumbai Airport Police Station against the cricketer and his friend, Ashish Yadav. Sapna alleged that it was Prithvi and his friends who provoked them first as the scuffle started after the cricketer reportedly refused to pose for selfies. Sapna's complaint has been filed under various sections of Indian Penal Code including voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons, advantage of proximity, gesture to outrage modesty. Sapna also mentioned that in a club on February 15 when her friend Shobhit Thakur approached the cricketer for selfie, Prithvi, who was allegedly in an inebriated condition, "forcefully took her friend's phone and damaged it by throwing it violently on the floor" and assaulted Thakur.
