The wait concerning 'Salaar's leading lady has finally come to an end. The much-awaited collaboration between director Prashanth Neel and superstar Prabhas will also feature actor Shruti Haasan as the other lead, who is all set to make her Kannada debut. Alongside, Shruti Haasan also celebrates her 35th birthday today, and the announcement would have surely made things extra special for her. The Ministry of Home Affairs has decided on increasing the seating capacity in cinema halls and theatres across the country. In effect from the 1st of February, 2021, the occupancy in cinema halls will be increased from 50% to a much larger rate and new guidelines too shall be passed on to all theatre owners. The new decision by the government comes at the back of reduced Covid-19 cases and also the ongoing vaccination drive. If reports are to be believed, the collaboration between Dr. Shivaraj Kumar and Karthik Subbaraj will not materialize. It has been reported in the past that the young filmmaker was keen on casting Dr. Shivaraj Kumar in a film that also includes Vikram. But now, after citing date and scheduling issues, Dr. Shivaraj Kumar has apparently turned down the offer.
