Actor Vivekh, who has planted more than 33 lakh saplings as part of the Green Kalam project, has come up with a commendable suggestion. A Twitter follower of his posted pictures of Kathipara and Koyambedu flyovers and brought to his notice that both the places in Chennai have so much potential to plant trees. He went on to say that the GCC (Greater Chennai Corporation) seems to be neglecting the possibility and requested the veteran actor to include those places in the latter’s Green Kalam Project, if possible. Vivekh replied to him saying that he has thought about the same several times and suggested that government can take initiative to ensure that both the places can be made into oxygen zones by planting lots of trees. He tweeted, “I always think abt this places. With the help of corporation authorities n Govt these places can b made into oxygen zone with cluster of trees or mini parks.”
