Vijay Yesudas Wins Filmfare Award for Best Male Singer

Vijay Yesudas was thrilled about getting the Filmfare award yet again. The singer won Best Playback (Male) for the song Poomuthole in Joju George-starrer Joseph, at the 66th Yamaha Fascino Filmfare Awards. “The black lady has come into my hands again for the fifth time and for a song that all of you encouraged, loved and took to your hearts. Many thanks to Filmfare, and thank you for all the love and support. When the award is announced unexpectedly, it adds to the thrill of receiving it and is a great encouragement,” said the singer.
