Alia Bhatt's mom Soni Razdan is celebrating her 67th birthday and on this happy occasion, the 'Brahmastra' actress shared a rare childhood photo with her and penned a heartfelt note. Taking to her Instagram handle, Alia dropped a couple of pictures in which one showed her as a kid sitting in Soni's lap, while another was from a recent time wherein the mother-daughter sat beside each other and laughed out loud. Sharing these snaps, the actress penned, 'On your birthday I look back at one of my birthdays.. I spent the whole party sitting on your lap cause I was too scared of the inflated Godzilla which I drove you up the wall to get me.. But nonetheless, I look perfectly content and happy and clearly, there’s no place I’d rather be.. Happy birthday, mothership .. we’d be nothing without you.. grateful for you every single minute every single day.. love you @sonirazdan.' Reacting to the post, Soni wrote, 'Thank you my sweetheart, light of my life and center of my soul … my lap is yours always and so is my love.' Alia's sister and Soni's elder daughter Shaheen Bhatt also wished the veteran actress. She posted a few throwback vacation pictures of her and wrote, 'Centre of my universe - then, now, always. Happy Birthday ma.' Reacting to her post, Soni said, 'Thank you my darling child you are the core of my soul and all the rest of it you make my world turn and my heart so so happy.'
