Boney moves Madras High Court after he alleges illegal claims over Sridevi’s Chennai property

Producer Boney Kapoor has approached the Madras High Court over troubling claims by three individuals asserting ownership of a Chennai property once owned by his late wife, Sridevi. He alleges they used a fraudulent legal heirship certificate and challenged its legitimacy before the court. Justice N. Anand Venkatesh has instructed the Tambaram Taluk Tahsildar to process the matter and decide within four weeks. The property cherished by Sridevi’s family, holds deep sentimental value for Kapoor and his daughters.
