Shah Rukh Khan & Rani Mukerji Honoured; Mohanlal Receives Dadasaheb Phalke At National Film Awards

At the 71st National Film Awards ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, several Bollywood legends were honoured in a historic moment. Mohanlal received the coveted Dadasaheb Phalke Award for his lifelong contribution to Indian cinema. Shah Rukh Khan won his first ever National Award for Best Actor for 'Jawan', sharing the honour with Vikrant Massey for '12th Fail'. Rani Mukerji was awarded Best Actress for her performance in 'Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway'. The awards were conferred by President Droupadi Murmu.
