Veteran actor and MP Shatrughan Sinha has moved the Bombay High Court seeking protection of his personality rights, including his iconic catchphrase “Khamosh.” Alleging unauthorised use of his name, voice, likeness and dialogue across social media and merchandise, he has sought an injunction and ₹20 crore in damages.
