Sonam Kapoor paid tribute to her late grandmother, Nirmal Kapoor, by sharing unseen photos on Instagram. The images included childhood moments with Nirmal and a touching picture of Sonam's son, Vayu, with his great-grandmother. Accompanying the photos was a heartfelt note featuring the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra. Nirmal Kapoor passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025, at the age of 90.
