Israel prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu dismissed a fresh offer by Hamas militants. Israeli leader’s office said Hamas’ claims as “spin” with nothing new. Israel has outlined five strict conditions for ending the conflict, including disarming Hamas and ensuring Israeli security control in Gaza.
