If I consider media reports to be true, then it is being suggested that UP government has signed MoUs worth Rs. 13 lakh crore. But they should first tell us how much of the Rs. 5 lakh crore worth MoUs that were signed in the first investment meet have actually happened onto the ground. The country's PM and defence minister came to the Defence Expo in UP which was also attended by big investors. What happened to those MoUs? They should tell us what is theoir industrial policy and why should any investor come in UP.
