Chhattisgarh IED Blast Kills 4 DRG Personnel During Defusal Operation Near Kanker-Narayanpur Border

A tragic incident unfolded in Chhattisgarh as four personnel of the District Reserve Guard (DRG) lost their lives in an IED blast near the Kanker-Narayanpur district border. The team was on an operation to defuse an improvised explosive device when the blast occurred.Inspector Bhatti, Constable Sanjay, and Constable Krishna Kumar were killed instantly. A fourth constable, Parmanand, was critically injured and airlifted to Raipur, where he later succumbed to his injuries.The blast is suspected to be linked to Naxal activity in the region, which remains one of the most sensitive insurgency zones in the country. Security forces have launched intensified search operations in the area following the attack.
